电脑win8关机关不了怎么办？
1. 检查电脑是否有病毒：可以使用杀毒软件对系统进行扫描，如有发现异常情况需要处理。
2. 检查Windows 8是否完全升级到最新版本：通过“设置”->“PC信息” 及 “Windows Update"的界面中的相关事项来核实。

4. 运行并尝试使用sfc /scannow命令(System File Checker) 已扫出并更新当前 windows system files:

2). 输入 sfc /scannow （大小写敏感）然后 Enter 键 后耐心地一直到 100%.
5. 未能成功关闭时,你也可以尝试使用 Windows8 reset feature 或者 reinstall 办法:
1). Win + I -> Change PC settings -> General; scroll down to bottom and select 'Get started' under Reset your PC option for a full startup/shutdown repair of your windows 8 installation without losing any data or file; OR,
2). Run DISK Cleanup & Disk Defragmenter from tools menu in My Computer and then reboot the machine to see if computer will shutdown properly now or not; OR,
3.) Insert the DVD of Microsoft's Widows 8 Setup into your optical drive and try to repartition HDD while installing it again (without deleting existing partitions); OR ,
4.) Take professional help form an expert technician who can analyze this issue better by performing remote desktop session on the system over internet via TeamViewer software or some other appication like that which is generally faster than waiting for someone to come athome with their laptop/desktop hardware setup ready in hand!
